I have always been a beach person (beach, not bitch).  Although I don’t have the body for it and you can do a lot more fashionable stuff when its cold; I still feel more energized and amazed with the world when I am on the beach.  A beach house is the only thing I ever wanted to own, but people always tell me that it’s a hassle to maintain. I want a beach house where I can go to on weekends, take my kids and spend quality time, a sanctuary. So maybe if I make a lot of money, i will buy one that looks like this really simple but nice house in Boracay Station 3, called the Mabuhay house.

The property should sits directly in front of the sea; so if i wake up and feel like taking a swim, I don’t need to make a fuzz; I can just jump in and not be scared I will bump into someone I need to make porma for.

It has to have an airy lanai, and must be low maintenance. This house can be divided into 2, you can rent the top or the bottom.  For me, i will put a show case kitchen on the 2nd floor so that the dining is always alfresco.

This will be my dinning, imagine having breakfast here everyday. (photo www.boracayvillas.com)

The Bottom floor will have all the playing stuff, a billiard and foosball table.  Then i would like to have a pool like this, because my kids love swimming in the pool.
