With all sorts of fad diets going around, you don’t know who to believe anymore.  It seems like everything is bad.  So I decided to just calorie count and eat what I want in little portions.  I always tell my kids, everything in moderation is ok.  Of course there are some foods that are better in their original form than the low calorie version.  For example butter… a little bit of butter satisfies the taste and craving requirement than piling up on a butter substitute that is probably loaded with chemicals.
